Atom designed the e-mail newsletter for the print magazine Modern in Denver.  Based loosely on the design of their website, this elegant, minimalist email was actually very challenging to produce consistently across email readers. Atom worked with the magazine to create the organizational layout, and then conducted many hours of testing to ensure that the e-mail looked good from Outlook 2007 to Gmail to Apple Mail.

Despite constantly evolving needs for different content in the email, the design has proven flexible enough to meet those needs.  Atom continues to be responsible for building each e-mail, with the magazine providing the editorial content.
